The Cathedral Peak Ranch Landowners Association is led by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board is responsible for carrying out the Association’s governing documents, overseeing association business, and helping preserve the beauty and long-term health of our community.

Responsibilities of the Board
The Board of Directors works on behalf of the Association to:
- Maintain the Association’s business affairs
- Manage finances and the annual budget
- Oversee road maintenance and community projects
- Enforce governing documents
- Communicate with landowners
- Plan the Annual Meeting
- Support the long-term stewardship of Cathedral Peak Ranch
